How to use and think about it (heuristic)

This verkfæri uses fast heuristics that are easy to use in the svið, rather than rigorous mathematical optimization, to roughly estimate the "shipping coefficient + pick cost" and propose shipping quantities for each vöruhús. Allocates each SKU to a low-cost vöruhús while prioritizing constraints such as division failure and maximum number of vöruhúss. Since contracted freight charges vary by company, please enter the shipping cost as a "coefficient (positive value)" and use it as a relative samanburður.
