Multi-warehouse inventory allocation optimization (roughly optimized using shipping coefficient)
multi-warehouse allocation / fulfillment split optimizer
Immediately suggests where and how many items to ship from inventory by warehouse x shipping destination zone x shipping cost coefficient. Instead of exact solutions, we quickly create shipping plans using on-site heuristics.

Constraints (Partition NG/Maximum number of warehouses/Pick cost)
You can set conditions such as NG to split, maximum number of warehouses, and pick cost by warehouse.

Proposal results (allocation/shortage/estimated cost)
You can check the results by allocation, cost breakdown, alternatives, and export.

How to use and think about it (heuristic)
This tool uses fast heuristics that are easy to use in the field, rather than rigorous mathematical optimization, to roughly estimate the "shipping coefficient + pick cost" and propose shipping quantities for each warehouse. Allocates each SKU to a low-cost warehouse while prioritizing constraints such as division failure and maximum number of warehouses. Since contracted freight charges vary by company, please enter the shipping cost as a "coefficient (positive value)" and use it as a relative comparison.
FAQ
Is it perfect optimization (mathematical optimization)?
First, we will make a proposal quickly using realistic heuristics.
I would like to avoid split shipments.
Candidates can be narrowed down using the "No splitting" constraint. If it is not possible to meet the requirements, the missing SKU/number will be displayed and a plan for allowing splitting will also be presented.
I would also like to include a pick fee for each warehouse.
We have fixed/variable cost columns by warehouse. The details will be displayed separately from the shipping charges.
