Estimate revenue and gross profit changes at the customer x SKU level from current prices, new prices, and quantities, then rank the customers and SKUs with the biggest impact.

Add cost to estimate gross profit, or use revenue-only mode without cost. Spreadsheet paste and CSV export are built in.

  2. If you also want gross profit impact, enable cost mode and enter either a unit cost or separate current and new costs.
  3. Adjust the new quantity assumption, ranking metric, display count, and price basis when needed.
  4. Click Run estimate and yfirferð the customer x SKU, customer-level, and SKU-level rankings.
  5. Take the niðurstaða out as CSV, TSV, or a shareable URL.

Examples

Price increase with quantity held flat

Inntak: Customer A / SKU-001 / current quantity 1200 / current price 12.00 / new price 12.80 / unit cost 8.20

Úttak: Revenue delta and gross profit delta both turn positive, so the combination rises to the top of the customer x SKU ranking.

Price increase with an expected drop in quantity

Inntak: Customer B / SKU-004 / current quantity 1000 / new quantity 900 / current price 5.00 / new price 5.50 / unit cost 3.20

Úttak: Even though the unit price rises, the revenue delta is smaller, which changes the ranking order.

Algengar spurningar

I do not know the new quantity yet

Leave the new quantity blank and the verkfæri will use the current quantity by default. You can switch that behavior to a global change rate when needed.

Can I use it without cost data?

Yes. Set cost mode to none and the verkfæri will rank revenue impact only.

Can I use it for a price decrease instead of a price increase?

Yes. If the new price is below the current price, the combination is ranked as a negative impact.

Can I bera saman multiple currencies at the same time?

Not within one scenario. Standardize the currency before you bera saman rows together.

Does the share URL contain my data?

Yes. The share URL contains inntak values, so use coded customer names and coded pricing when the data is sensitive.

Athugasemdir

  • This verkfæri supports scenario analysis only. It does not perform demand forecasting or automatic price optimization.
  • Align your internal assumptions before inntak: tax basis, time period, and whether the cost is current or new.
  • Because share URLs include inntak values, avoid sending real customer names or confidential prices in plain text.
