Purpose
Receiving, inspection, and putaway management
Align receiving locations, inbound batches, and inspection rules first so handoffs stay stable.
Keep inspection records and putaway checks in the same workbook so they are easier to trace.
You can keep discrepancy records in the same flow for monthly reporting.
Dashboard counts and quantities recalculate from the entered records. The quantity sum combines different units in the sample data, so do not use it as an operational total until units are standardized. Inspection results, acceptance decisions, and putaway quantities must be maintained manually; the workbook does not decide acceptance or send supplier requests.
