Record the catch or processing date, actual weight, destination, lot or label identifier, and current status for each label entry.
Review issued case counts and weights by product, updating the dashboard totals manually.
This workbook records label information; it does not generate printable labels or QR-code images. Product details, QR payloads, and totals must be entered or calculated manually because the downloadable file has no formulas.
How to use the workbook
From product references to shipment checks
Prepare product and destination references before entering label records. Use consistent product codes and lot identifiers when reviewing shipments.
Step 2
Record label details
Enter the product code, date, lot or label identifier, actual weight, and destination in the label log. Copy the relevant product details manually from the product list.
Step 3
Update printing and shipping status
Update each entry after the label has been printed or the box shipped using your separate operational tools. The workbook does not print labels or change statuses automatically.
Step 4
Check case counts and weights
Compare the label log with the product totals in the dashboard. Calculate case counts, total weights, and average weights manually before recording the results.
