Margin is measured against price; markup is measured against cost. The base differs, so the numbers are different.

Can I include payment fees?
Yes. Put them in Extra, and if the fee is a % of price, use the advanced fee rate for higher accuracy.
Can I get price from a target margin?
Yes. In the Cost → Price tab, enter cost and target margin to get a recommended price and endings.
What about multiple products?
Use the bulk tab. Paste CSV/TSV and download the results as CSV.
