Purpose
Schedule, weekly, and event sharing
Enter the project name, site, schedule, and reference date in the basic settings sheet to align the overall view.
Once you fill in the task master with planned and actual dates, it is easier to reflect the data in the monthly plan and weekly sharing views.
Meeting and delivery schedules are kept in the same workbook, so you do not have to search for separate handout files.

Adoption boundary

Where does Excel end and the system begin?

Think in terms of team size, update frequency, and whether approvals are required.

Excel is enough

One site, small team

If you have a small team, one site, and weekly updates, Excel alone can still work.

  • Few owners
  • One site only
  • Weekly updates
Partial systemization

Lighten sharing first

If you move only the task master or weekly sharing to the web first, meeting prep gets lighter.

  • Task sharing is heavy
  • You mainly want weekly/event sharing
  • You want mobile input
Full systemization

Manage across multiple sites

If you manage multiple sites, many partner companies, permissions, or notifications, you should design for a system from the start.

  • Multiple sites
  • Many partner companies
  • History and notifications required

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Here are the most common questions before adoption.

What information do you need for an estimate?

If you can share the project type, number of sites, number of partner companies, and the range you want to share, we can provide a rough estimate.

Can we use it together with our existing Excel files?

Yes. You can start with CSV integration or copy-based operations and gradually replace only the parts you need.

Do you have an English version?

Yes. This page is available in both Japanese and English, and it can also be used as a bilingual operations handout.

Consultation

We can help you decide which parts should stay in Excel and which parts should move to a web system, based on your sheet columns, number of sites, approval flow, and sharing needs. You can also adjust the template by adding or removing only the columns you need.
