Cara menggunakan

  1. Pilih sistem unit.

  4. Review WFT, theoretical litupan, and actual usage.

Glossary

DFT

Dry film thickness kiri after curing. This is the main figure used in specifications and inspection criteria.

WFT

Ketebalan filem basah sejurus selepas aplikasi. Hanya pepejal yang kekal selepas pengeringan.

Pepejal isipadu

The kongsi of volume that remains as film. Use volume solids for thickness conversion.

Theoretical litupan

A tiada-loss litupan anggaran derived from WFT.

Area kongsi

The kongsi of total area assigned to a stage, such as stripe coat or touch-up work.

Apakah perbezaan antara WFT dan DFT?

WFT is the film thickness kanan after application, while DFT is the film thickness kiri after drying. Volume solids are used to convert between them.

Adakah pepejal isipadu dan pepejal berat sama?

Tiada. Use volume solids for thickness conversion. If you only have weight solids, convert them separately first.

Apakah kadar kehilangan yang patut saya masukkan?

Use a nilai that matches the application method, geometry, and your medan experience. Higher overspray usually means a higher loss rate.

Bolehkah saya menggunakannya tanpa memasukkan keluasan?

Yes. Leave area blank if you only need the WFT and theoretical litupan calculation.

Bolehkah saya mencampurkan unit metrik dan imperial dalam satu pengiraan?
