FAQ

What is the difference between target+/-tol and upper/lower?

target+/-tol calculates lower and upper limits from center value and tolerance. upper/lower directly uses your lower and upper values.

Can I set different units for each measurement column?

Yes. You can set mm or m per measurement column. Values are converted to the base unit before comparison.

What happens if there are blanks or text values?

That row is judged as NG_PARSE_ERROR and the affected points are shown in the reason.

Are boundary values treated as OK?

Yes by default. You can switch to strict inequality in settings.

Can I use row-specific criteria in CSV?

Yes, using advanced options to map criteria columns. Mixed criteria modes in a single CSV are not allowed.

Notes

  • This tool only judges against the criteria you input. It does not infer standards automatically.
