Cách sử dụng

  1. Mở the Single item tab and nhập annual nhu cầu, đơn đặt hàng chi phí, and lưu kho chi phí.

  • EOQ = √(2DS / H)
  • Orders per year = D / Q

What is the lot size used for?

It làm tròns the EOQ to the supplier or packaging increment. In most practical cases, làm tròn up is the safest default because it avoids short đơn đặt hànging.

Can I tính multiple products at once?

Yes. Paste an Excel or spreadsheet table into the Batch tab and the tool will tính multiple SKUs at once.

Yes. Change the số lượng đơn vị label in Cài đặt to cases, packs, kg, or another đơn vị. The EOQ phép tính itself is đơn vị-agnostic.

Lưu ý quan trọng

  • This tool gives an ước tính under assumptions such as stable nhu cầu, constant đơn đặt hàng chi phí, and average inventory approximated as Q/2.
  • Thời gian chờ thời gian, tồn khoout chi phí, safety tồn kho, số lượng giảm giás, and bậced định giá are outside the scope of this page.
  • Đầu vàos are not saved by default. Values are stored only if you explicitly enable previous-value lưu in this trình duyệt.
