What you can do with SKU rule check

Just by pasting the SKU list, you can detect duplicates, spelling errors, prohibited characters, and digit/prefix violations all at once, and check correction proposals.

SKU duplicate detection (also duplicates after normalization)

Even if SKUs look different, duplicates that become the same after normalization will be grouped and displayed.

Product code normalization (full-width/half-width/unified hyphen)

We will standardize spelling variations such as full-width alphanumeric characters, hyphens, uppercase and lowercase letters, and leading and trailing spaces.

Precautions

Remarque: Be careful when changing SKUs

Changing the SKU (product code) may affect external system integration such as EC/core/warehouse/mall/accounting and past data reference. The correction suggestions in this tool are just suggestions. Please check the operational rules, related systems, and supplier specifications, and use "warning only mode" if necessary.

FAQ

Can it be adjusted to your company's rules?

You can set the prefix/number of digits/separator. Nonrmalization (full-width/half-width, unification of hyphens, capitalization, etc.) can also be switched.

What is the difference before and after conversion?

Highlight the differences. You can see at a glance which characters have been replaced (full-width → half-width, unifying hyphens, removing spaces, etc.).

Existing SKU cannot be changed

Avertissement only mode is available. We do not make any changes, only detect problems and suggest corrections.

What is duplication after normalization?

Even if they look different, they are SKUs that become the same by standardizing the differences in full-width/half-width and hyphens (for example, ABC-001 and ABC-001).
