本文件是日語隱私政策的中文譯本。如與日文版存在差異，以日文版為準。

1. 遵守相關法律法規

我們在處理個人資訊時，將遵守《個人資訊保護法》及其他相關法律法規。

1. Name, address, gender, date of birth, company/organization, title, phone number, email address, usage data logs, device IDs, location data, communication logs
2. Other information necessary for properly and smoothly conducting our business

2. 個人資訊的蒐集與使用

我們可能會為第 3 條所述目的蒐集並使用個人資訊，例如：

1. 客戶與業務合作夥伴的姓名、地址、性別、出生日期、所屬公司／組織名稱、職位、電話號碼、電子郵件地址、使用數據日誌、終端識別資訊、位置資訊、通訊記錄等
2. 為正常、順利開展業務所需的其他個人資訊
3. Statistical analysis and marketing, including advertising/promotions for new products and services based on browsing/purchase history
4. Managing records of how customers use our products and services
5. Managing contact information for business partners and related notices
6. Other activities necessary for proper and smooth business operations

3-1. 使用目的

我們僅在實現以下目的所需範圍內使用所蒐集的個人資訊（包括假名化資料），不會用於其他目的。

1. 活動、促銷與問卷等各類通知
2. 產品與服務的規劃與開發
3. 為提升業務、銷售與服務而進行的統計分析與行銷（包括基於瀏覽／購買歷史的廣告與推廣）
4. 管理客戶對產品與服務的使用記錄及相關記錄
5. 管理業務合作夥伴的聯絡資訊與相關通知
6. 其他為正常、順利開展業務所需的事項

3-2. 關於 Cookie 的使用

當我們透過 Cookie 等取得並分析瀏覽記錄時，可能將其作為個人資料用於行銷目的。

4. 個人資訊的管理

我們努力保持個人資訊的準確性與最新性，並維護機密性、完整性與可用性。為防止洩漏、遺失或損壞，我們制定內部規程並定期審查與修訂，實施必要的安全措施。關於安全管理措施的詳情，請透過下方聯絡表單諮詢。

當我們判斷使用目的已達成且不再需要保留個人資訊時，將刪除相關個人資訊。

1. With prior consent from the individual
2. When required by law
3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
4. When specially necessary for public health or child development and obtaining consent is difficult
5. When cooperation is required for governmental or local authority tasks prescribed by law, and obtaining consent could impede that work
6. Other cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act

5. 向第三方提供個人資訊

除以下情況外，我們不會向第三方提供個人資訊：

1. 已事先獲得本人同意的情況
2. 法律法規要求的情況
3. 為保護人的生命、身體或財產安全而需要提供，且難以獲得本人同意的情況
4. 為改善公共衛生或促進兒童健康成長而特別需要提供，且難以獲得本人同意的情況
5. 國家機關、地方公共團體或其受託人需要合作執行法律規定的事務，且獲得本人同意可能妨礙該事務執行的情況
6. 其他依據《個人資訊保護法》允許提供的情況

6. 揭露／更正等請求

我們將依《個人資訊保護法》受理本人就我們持有的個人資訊提出的揭露、更正等請求。

7-1. 存取日誌

我們會記錄網域名稱、IP 位址與存取時間等存取日誌。這些日誌不包含可識別個人的資訊，用於網站維護與使用情況統計分析，分析完成後將刪除。

7-2. Cookie

我們的網站使用 Cookie。Cookie 是在伺服器與瀏覽器之間交換並保存在裝置上的小型文字檔，可幫助我們提供更合適的服務。您可在瀏覽器設定中提示或拒絕 Cookie，但拒絕後部分功能可能受限。

8. 政策變更

為確保個人資訊安全管理的適當性，我們可能會修訂本政策。更新內容將發布在我們的網站上。
