Sericulture Lot Passport / QR Card

Link egg lots, mulberry lots, rearing rooms, harvest dates, drying conditions, and reeling batches into one portable passport.

The card is designed for traceability and sustainability explanations, whether you are working in a local shed, a cooperative, or an international supply chain.

QR contents are public. Avoid personal data and keep the payload to shareable codes and operational notes only.

What it does

Connect the whole chain

Keep egg lots, feed lots, rooms, harvest dates, drying conditions, and reeling batches in one record.

Print and scan from the same data

Use one workspace for a QR card, a print layout, JSON export, and a shareable URL.

Work in many languages

The UI is translated per language, while QR keys stay in ASCII for reliable scanning and storage.

Stay useful in the field

Everything runs locally in the browser, so weak networks and shared devices are not a blocker.

How to use it

  1. Enter the passport details and the local chain from egg lot to reeling batch.
  2. Add drying conditions and any quality or sustainability notes you want to carry with the record.
  3. Open the card, check the QR preview, and copy, print, or export the result as needed.

Саволҳои маъмул

What should I put into the QR code?

Put public, shareable values only. A short passport record with ASCII keys is the safest default.

Can I use this outside export work?

Yes. It is useful for root-cause tracking, quality explanations, and internal handoffs even without export paperwork.

Can I save it on a shared device?

Yes, but browser saving can be turned off. The workspace stays local unless the user explicitly allows saving.

Can I use it in RTL languages?

Yes. Codes, dates, and numbers are protected with left-to-right direction so the layout stays readable.

Эзоҳҳо

  • Do not put personal data into the QR code.
  • Use ISO dates and stable ASCII keys so the record can survive copy, scan, and export steps.
  • If the QR becomes too dense, shorten the notes or switch to a smaller payload mode.
