Can I preserve indentation?
Yes. Keep Leading Whitespace (default) preserves indentation. You can also align all target lines to a single indentation width.
What happens to lines that already have numbers?
Choose one policy: Keep existing numbers, Renumber all, or Number only unnumbered lines.
Will mixed symbols break text formatting?
Only lines with line-head markers/numbers are targeted. Symbols inside sentence bodies are not converted.
Is my text saved?
No. Processing runs locally in your browser and is not sent to servers.
Does a line starting with '-' count as a negative number?
With line-head matching, lines starting with '-' are treated as list items. Check affected lines when handling math values.
