System overview

This system brings the day-to-day work of receiving and managing orders into one place.

It covers product and inventory management, member information, catalog output, quotations, and invoices. By completing the full order-to-fulfillment workflow in one system, it improves efficiency over a collection of separate tools.

One customer reduced the cost of introducing new products to buyers and cut administrative errors by automating invoice creation.

English display is also available, making the system suitable for overseas clients.

Functions at a glance

Product management

Organize the product name, details, price, order quantity, carton price, weight, dimensions (length × width × height), product image, brand, category, stock quantity, catalog visibility, and shipping costs. The workflow remains easy to review.

Inventory management

Review when product stock changed, how much it changed, and the quantity before and after the change. When an order arrives, the system deducts the stock quantity automatically.

Quotation requests

When a buyer submits a request for a quotation, you receive an email. An administrator reviews the request and prepares the quotation.

Order management

After you send the quotation, the buyer can place an order with the order button. Administrators can review all received orders.

Billing

After an order ships, the system sends the invoice.
