Kerfi overview

This kerfi performs various management related to ordering.

Its functions range from vara and birgðir management to member information management, cataskrá úttak, and estimate/invoice creation. All operations related to ordering and receiving can be completed in one kerfi, greatly improving operational efficiency bera samand to using multiple kerfis.

Functions

Vara management

Manage vara name, details, price, order quantity, carton price, weight, length x width x height, vara image, brand, category, quantity in birgðir, cataskrá display staða, and shipping costs.

birgðir management

You can check the date the vara birgðir changed, the amount changed, and the amount before and after the change. When an order is received, the birgðir quantity will be automatically reduced.

Beiðni for quotation

When a buyer submits a beiðni for quotation, you will receive an email. The administrator yfirferðs the beiðni for quotation and creates a quotation.

order

Once you send the quotation to the buyer, the buyer can place an order using the order button. Administrators can check the list of received orders.

Claim

After shipping your order, we will send you an invoice.

Monthly usage fee 50,000 Yen/office (excluding tax)

Payments can be made for one or two years at once to accommodate various subsidies.
