Assign each promotion an ID, channel, owner, and scheduled date so planned actions can be tracked consistently.
Compare budget with actual spend and registration targets with actual registrants in the Promotion Actions sheet.
Choose the Attraction Log to record registration dates, linked promotion IDs, registrant counts, and notes.
Calculate registrant totals, achievement rates, spend, and CPA manually. Records are linked by promotion ID but do not update automatically between sheets. Channel, owner, and status cells do not have dropdown lists.
How to use it
Plan promotion and review registration results
Keep promotion plans and registration records connected through the promotion ID.
Step 2
Plan each promotion
Enter the promotion name, budget, registration target, owner, and scheduled date for each action.
Step 3
Record registrations
Add dated registration results to the log and link each entry to the relevant promotion ID.
Step 4
Review progress and CPA
Compare actual registrations with the target, calculate spend and CPA manually, and decide which promotion actions need adjustment.
