How project management data turns into screens

This page describes a proposed project workflow across six screens. The dashboard is intended to summarize total tasks, open issues, work in progress, and items awaiting review. Basic settings bring the project, client, owner, and operating cycle together. The review date and base date serve as reference points for planning. The task register is designed as a searchable, filterable table of issues, risks, actions, and milestones. Each task is intended to be reviewed alongside its owner, people, schedule, and status. The monthly view is designed to compare planned work, actual progress, and review dates. The weekly view covers seven consecutive days from Monday for daily and weekly meetings. The meeting schedule is intended to bring coordination meetings, requirements reviews, and vendor follow-ups into one timeline. Updating the register first when plans change helps later reviews use consistent information. This is a design description; this page does not provide an interactive six-screen system or workbook synchronization. This page does not include an Excel export button.
