Logistics system example
This overview explains how logistics Excel columns can map to system screens. A dashboard summarizes shipment totals, items in transit, today's work, and exceptions. Dispatch settings bring together the dispatch site, main carrier, cutoff time, notification rule, reference date, and sharing scope. The dispatch master organizes the dispatch type, destination, carrier, quantity, schedule, and status. Separate delivered, in-transit, scheduled, and pending work when reviewing progress. Use the monthly plan to compare planned and actual dispatch activity. Maintain cutoff dates visible when reviewing delays or work brought forward. Use the weekly plan to review seven days of dispatches and loading checks together. Monitor dispatch meetings, loading confirmations, and receiving handoffs in the coordination schedule. Maintain urgent shipments and unresolved exceptions visible when sharing updates. Use the same source data as the Excel version to compare the information shown in each screen. The system example does not include an Excel export button.
