Dashboard counts and shares are sample values that require manual updates. The workbook has no summary formulas or charts. Channel, type, owner, and status cells are plain inputs despite the legacy color-guide wording; use the Settings names consistently.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions before a team standardizes its content schedule.

Can we keep our current channel names?

Yes. Replace the sample settings with the names your team already uses, then use those names consistently in the plan and log.

Does the dashboard update automatically?

No. The summary rows contain sample values and must be recalculated and updated manually when records change.

Can we attach content files?

The workbook stores preview URLs rather than embedded files. Replace every example URL with a link your team can access.
