Calculate and update dashboard counts and ratios manually. These tables have no automatic formulas or dropdown lists. Adding milestone rows does not automatically update the campaign plan.

How Excel is used

Plan campaigns and milestones in four steps

Agree on campaign objectives, channel names, and team members before adding records.

Step 1

Set common terms

Record the objectives, channels, and team members in Settings. Choose those names consistently when filling the plan.

Step 2

Define the campaign

Enter the campaign ID, audience, owner, budget, dates, and target KPI. Maintain the approval status up to date as the plan is reviewed.

Step 3

Plan milestones

Link each task to its campaign ID and assign a responsible person. Record the planned start, deadline, progress, and notes in Milestones.

Step 4

Review the plan

Check campaign approval and unfinished tasks before launch. Update the summary manually and record any next-step follow-up in the notes.
