The workbook has no formulas or automatic inventory updates. Enter dimensions, volumes, stock totals, and status changes manually, checking meters, centimeters, and cubic meters before comparing records.

How to organize the records

From log references to stock review

Prepare the product list before recording transport and yard receipts. Keep arrivals and later departures distinguishable so the stock review can be checked against the movements.

Step 1

Register log specifications

Assign a log code and enter species, length, diameter, and grade. Use that code consistently in the transport records.

Step 2

Record transport and receipt

Record the source forest area, vehicle, carrier, destination yard, and quantity for each delivery. Add remarks from the receiving check to the same entry.

Step 3

Update shipments and sales

Enter the shipping date and customer or destination when logs leave the yard. Update the status manually to distinguish yard stock, shipped logs, and sales.

Step 4

Review stock by species

Compare the dashboard's counts and volumes with the transport and shipping records. Calculate the stock figures manually before entering the summary values.
