Road length and inspection location fields are labeled in kilometers. Check road IDs and location references before comparing records from different inspections.

How to organize the records

From road registration to repair follow-up

Register the roads before adding inspection findings. Keep the original finding and later repair information linked so the follow-up remains traceable.

Step 1

Register the roads

Replace the sample road IDs and names with those used in your operation. Enter the start point, end point, length, and responsible department or person.

Step 2

Record inspection findings

Enter the inspection date and location for the selected road. Record the category, damage level, and observed condition in the corresponding fields.

Step 3

Update repair records

Keep the recommended repair method separate from the action actually taken. Add the execution date, repair status, and final verifier as the record is updated.

Step 4

Review outstanding findings

Use the status-board fields to review inspection counts, pending issues, and emergency actions for each road. Update the counts manually and check each summary against the underlying inspection and repair records.
