Frequently Asked Questions
Can this make barcodes too?
Yes. QR is the default, but you can switch to Code128 when a trading partner requires it. The encoded content can come from auto-generated values, a URL, or free text.
Can I print multiple lots at once?
Yes. Upload a CSV, review the suggested column mapping, fix any row errors, and then export all valid lots together as a print PDF.
Can I adjust text size and field order?
Yes. The field editor lets you show or hide fields, rename them, move them, emphasize important ones, and change date or unit formats.
We follow different rules by buyer and destination country. Can this fit that?
Yes. You can add custom fields such as origin, processed date, pack style, certification number, operator, or GLN and arrange them in the required order.
Quick Terms
LOT
This is the batch identifier used to distinguish one production or handling group from another. It is usually the most important element on the box label.
Sheet layout
This means placing several labels on one printed page. It affects print efficiency on A4 and US Letter paper.
Quiet zone
This is the clear margin around a QR code. If it is too small, scanning becomes less reliable.
Code128
This is a one-dimensional barcode commonly used for short ASCII data. Some buyers specify it instead of QR.
