How to use
- 1 Choose the template and enter the site information.
- 2 Record each row as normal, observe, abnormal, or critical, and attach photos where needed.
- 3 Keep an overall notă and follow-up action, then review any flagged rows.
- 4 Salvează the PDF report and keep a local draft when you need to resume later.
