Its functions range from product and inventory management to member information management, catalog output, and estimate/invoice creation. All operations related to ordering and receiving can be completed in one system, greatly improving operational efficiency compared to using multiple systems.

Using this system, one company was able to reduce the cost of introducing new products to buyers and reduce administrative errors by automating invoice creation.

This system also supports English notation so that it can be used by overseas clients.

Product management
Manage product name, details, price, order quantity, carton price, weight, length x width x height, product image, brand, category, quantity in stock, catalog display status, and shipping costs.
inventory management
You can check the date the product inventory changed, the amount changed, and the amount before and after the change. When an order is received, the stock quantity will be automatically reduced.
Request for quotation
When a buyer submits a request for quotation, you will receive an email. The administrator reviews the request for quotation and creates a quotation.
order
Once you send the quotation to the buyer, the buyer can place an order using the order button. Administrators can check the list of received orders.
Claim
After shipping your order, we will send you an invoice.
