MOQ: Minimum order quantity (units)

Quantity: Quantity per carton (units/carton)

Desired quantity: Desired quantity (units)

base = max(desired quantity, MOQ)

Minimum excess: order_min = base

Round up: order_up = ceil(base / number of items) * number of items

Round down: order_down = floor(base / quantity) * quantity (cannot be less than MOQ)

Explanatory sample

Example: MOQ=100, quantity=24, desired quantity=100

  • Minimum excess: 100 (full 4 + fraction 4) → carton split

Is the quantity different for each SKU?

You can support each SKU by adding rows.

How do you decide the fraction?

Three options are automatically presented: round up, round down, and minimum excess, and you can select the option for each SKU.

Can I input data in bulk using CSV?

yes. You can download templates and import them by uploading or pasting.

Why is truncation not possible?

If the quantity after rounding down is less than the MOQ, the transaction conditions will not be met and the order will not be accepted.

Will there be a fraction for the minimum excess?

yes. Priority is given to the minimum quantity that meets the MOQ and desired quantity, so if the quantity is not a multiple of the quantity received, a fraction will be given.
