The workflow is intentionally simple so anyone on the job can use it quickly.

01

Upload or paste

Choose a text-based PDF or paste text that was copied from a PDF, OCR app, or manufacturer site.

02

Extract the fields

The parser scans page text, recognizes common labels, and captures the first strong match for each target field.

03

Share the short summary

Copy a concise Markdown summary or JSON payload and send only the useful specs to the crew or client.

Qué se extrae

Each card below explains the target field, the wording the parser looks for, and why it matters on site.

Cobertura

coverage

Theoretical coverage, spread rate, or application rate. Common outputs are m²/L, ft²/gal, or similar.

Use the manufacturer’s unit and definition when multiple values are listed.

Tiempo de repintado

recoat time

The minimum interval before the next coat can be applied, including dry-to-recoat or overcoat time.

Temperature and humidity often change this number, so check the source page.

Relación de dilución

dilution ratio

Thinning or mix ratio, usually written as a percentage or a ratio such as 1:10.

Some products separate spray thinning from brush or roller guidance.

Temperatura de aplicación

application temperature

The recommended air, surface, or substrate temperature range for application.

If air and surface temperatures differ, keep both in view.

VOC

VOC

Volatile organic compound content or emission guidance, often shown in g/L.

Regulatory labels and test basis can differ by market.

Precauciones

precautions

Safety, storage, handling, ventilation, and other warning text that should be kept intact.

This field may be longer than the others, so the reader keeps a short excerpt plus the source page.

Términos clave

Short reminders for sales teams, crews, and owners who may not read product sheets every day.

TDS

Technical Data Sheet. Usually focuses on performance, coverage, film build, drying, and application guidance.

The exact section layout varies by manufacturer.

SDS

Safety Data Sheet. Usually focuses on hazards, first aid, storage, and handling.

This reader still only extracts the six practical fields above.

VOC

Volatile Organic Compounds. The unit is often g/L, but the reporting basis can change by regulation or region.

Always check the declared test method or standard.

Recoat time

The wait time before the next layer can be applied without causing a defect or adhesion issue.

Sometimes it appears as dry-to-recoat, overcoat interval, or minimum recoat.

Notas importantes

Usa el resumen extraído como una ayuda rápida de lectura, no como sustituto de la ficha original.

Image-only PDFs need OCR. This tool does not run OCR, so use a text-based PDF or paste text from another source.

If a product has multiple versions, always verify the product code, sheen, base, hardener, or region before ordering or applying.

Units can differ between markets. Confirm whether values are shown in metric, imperial, or a manufacturer-specific convention.

If the sheet lists several coverage or recoat values, the reader shows the strongest early match and keeps the source snippet so you can compare the context.

Preguntas frecuentes

Can this read image-only PDFs?
No. OCR is not enabled. Use a PDF with selectable text, or paste text that was already extracted elsewhere.
Does the browser send the document to a server?
No. Parsing runs locally in the browser and the document stays on the device.
What if the sheet uses a different term?
The parser looks for common English and Japanese labels, plus a few heuristics, so it can handle the wording used by many manufacturers.
Why are some fields missing?
The value may be on another page, written with a different label, or omitted entirely from the source sheet.
