Equations

  • Single: V1 = (C2 × V2) / C1
  • Solvent = V2 - V1
  • Serial: C_i = C_(i-1) / Fi
  • Intermediate: Transfer = V_step / Fi
  • Final: Transfer_last = V2 / F_last
