- Uses Fisher-Yates for an unbiased shuffle.

Can I get the same result every time?
Yes. With an optional **seed**, the same input yields the same output every time.
Are blank lines removed?
You can choose. Turn on "Remove blank lines" to exclude them; turn it off to treat them as items.
How many lines can I shuffle?
It depends on your device, but tens of thousands of lines are often practical. Larger lists use more memory and time.
Can I keep the first line fixed?
Yes. Enable "Fix first line (header)" to keep line 1 unchanged and shuffle the rest.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Processing happens locally in your browser.
Is it fair for raffles?
Without a seed, it randomizes the list. For explainable fairness, keep a record of the input, settings, and seed used.
