What You Can Do

Build labels from item, lot, and handling details

Show the item name, lot code, quantity, date, site, and handling notes in one print-ready layout.

Choose four QR content modes

Generate a QR code from summary text, JSON, a URL, or fully custom text.

Export A6, A4, or A4 4-up PDF

Use smaller carton labels, large outer-box labels, or four A6-style labels on one A4 page.

Work across languages and scripts

The UI is localized while your own label text stays untouched, including UTF-8 and mixed RTL/LTR content.

Handle one-off jobs or bulk batches

Paste CSV/TSV data for multiple labels, save templates, and export/import JSON workspaces.

How to Use

  1. Enter the item name, lot code, and any optional quantity, date, location, and handling notes.
  2. Choose the QR mode and label format: A6, A4 full-page, or A4 4-up.
  3. Review the label preview and QR payload, then export PDF or PNG and print at 100% scale.

Examples

Create four A6 carton labels

Input: item=Ceramic Mug 350 ml, lot=LOT-20260314-B12, handling=fragile / keep_dry / this_side_up, qty=24 pcs, format=A6

Output: Four A6 labels are generated as PDF, and the QR code contains item, lot, and handling data.

Create a large A4 label for multilingual shipping

Input: item=قطع غيار مضخة / Pump Spare Parts, lot=AE-2026-03-14-07, handling=refrigerated / urgent, format=A4

Output: The A4 label keeps mixed RTL/LTR text visible and generates a QR payload in JSON or text form.

Glossary

A6

A paper size of 105 × 148 mm. Useful for smaller carton labels and internal package labels.

A4

A paper size of 210 × 297 mm. Useful for large outer-box labels and posting-size labels.

Quiet zone

The empty margin around a QR code. If it is too small, scanning becomes less reliable.

FAQ

What can I put into the QR code?

Choose summary text, JSON, a URL, or custom text. JSON is better for structured system handoff, while summary text is easier for quick scanning and manual inspection.

Does the tool translate my item name automatically?

No. The UI is translated, but the text you type into the label stays exactly as you entered it.

Can I use this for dangerous goods labels?

No. This tool is for general logistics and handling labels. Always use the correct regulated labels for dangerous goods, customs, safety, or legal compliance.

Why does the QR warning appear?

Long payloads, especially long URLs or long custom text, can make the QR code too dense for small A6 labels. Use a shorter payload or a larger layout when possible.

Will the printed size match the preview exactly?

It should be close, but the final result also depends on printer settings. Turn scaling off and test-print one sheet first.

Important Notes

  • Do not rely on this page for legally required hazard, dangerous goods, customs, or compliance labels.
  • Print at 100% scale with scaling disabled whenever possible.
  • QR codes can be scanned by third parties. Keep sensitive lot or site information out of the payload if necessary.
