Finish box label creation in three steps
Pick paper, fill the content, then export PDF or PNG. The flow stays simple even for first-time users.
Create seafood box labels from product name, lot, catch date, weight, and storage temperature, then export them as A4 sheet PDF or PNG.
Works for single-lot label printing and bulk CSV batches. Rename fields, change order, and switch date or unit formats to match buyer or country-specific labeling rules.

Check both the single label and the sheet layout so the print result is easier to judge before you commit.
Use column mapping and row-level error messages for practical batch printing on the shop floor.
Turn fields on or off, rename them, reorder them, and switch date, weight, or temperature formats as needed.
Input
Scallop Adductor / LOT-2026-0205-A / 2026-02-05 / 12.5 kg / -18 C / QR auto payload
Output
The tool places the label onto an A4 12-up sheet and produces a PDF with product and LOT at the top and the QR on the right.
Input
Fill the CSV template with product name, lot, catch date, weight, and storage temperature, then upload it.
Output
The page guesses the columns, shows row errors when needed, and exports a multi-page PDF or a ZIP of PNG files.
Yes. QR is the default, but you can switch to Code128 when a trading partner requires it. The encoded content can come from auto-generated values, a URL, or free text.
Yes. Upload a CSV, review the suggested column mapping, fix any row errors, and then export all valid lots together as a print PDF.
Yes. The field editor lets you show or hide fields, rename them, move them, emphasize important ones, and change date or unit formats.
Yes. You can add custom fields such as origin, processed date, pack style, certification number, operator, or GLN and arrange them in the required order.
LOT
This is the batch identifier used to distinguish one production or handling group from another. It is usually the most important element on the box label.
Sheet layout
This means placing several labels on one printed page. It affects print efficiency on A4 and US Letter paper.
Quiet zone
This is the clear margin around a QR code. If it is too small, scanning becomes less reliable.
Code128
This is a one-dimensional barcode commonly used for short ASCII data. Some buyers specify it instead of QR.
Useful when you want to inspect a standalone QR payload before putting it onto a label.
Check box sizes and loading counts alongside the label setup for the same shipment.
Keep thawing and temperature-handling decisions aligned with how the product is labeled.
